Dear Mr. Djankov,
BIA welcomes efforts for the sustainability of tax legislation by introducing minor amendments to the regulations. It is noteworthy that the proposed changes are intended mainly to improve tax legislation, clarification of the provisions and removal of some inconsistencies in EU legislation and case law of the EU.
