1. Total Producer Price Indices in Industry

The Total Producer Price Index in Industry rose by 3.2% in October 2025 compared to the previous month. An increase of 11.5% was registered in the electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply, in the mining and quarrying industry - by 2.0%, and in the manufacturing industry - by 0.2%.

Higher prices in the manufacturing industry were registered in the manufacture of basic metals - by 3.1%, in the manufacture of leather and related products - by 2.5%, and in the printing and reproduction of recorded media - by 1.4%. A decrease was seen in the manufacture of textiles - by 3.6%, in the manufacture of rubber and plastic products - by 1.5%, and in the manufacture of chemicals and chemical products - by 1.1%.

The Total Producer Price Index went up by 13.5% in October 2025 compared to the same month of 2024. A rise was observed in the electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply - by 39.5%, in the mining and quarrying industry - by 17.4%, as well as in the manufacturing industry - by 9.5%.

In the manufacturing, the prices rose in the manufacture of basic metals - by 22.4%, in the manufacture of food products - by 20.7%, and in the manufacture of beverages - by 13.8%. Price reduction was registered in the manufacture of tobacco products - by 19.0%, in the manufacture of furniture - by 12.8%, and in the manufacture of machinery and equipment n.e.c - by 0.8%.

2. Producer Price Indices on the Domestic Market

The Producer Price Index on the Domestic Market increased by 4.6% in October 2025 compared to September 2025. The domestic prices went up in the electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply - by 11.7%, in the manufacturing industry the prices remained unchanged, and in the mining and quarrying industry they fell - by 1.5%.

In the manufacturing, compared to the previous month, higher prices were registered in the manufacture of basic metals - by 1.3%, in the manufacture of basic pharmaceutical products and pharmaceutical preparations - by 1.2%, and in the manufacture of electrical equipment - by 0.5%. The prices went down in the manufacture of chemicals and chemical products - by 1.3%, and in the manufacture of furniture - by 0.4%.

The Producer Price Index on the Domestic Market increased by 17.6% compared to October 2024. The prices rose in the electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply - by 49.3%, in the mining and quarrying industry - by 11.3%, and in the manufacturing industry - by 9.1%.

In October 2025, higher prices in the manufacturing in comparison with October 2024 were seen in the manufacture of food products - by 24.4%, in the manufacture of beverages - by 18.9%, in the manufacture of basic metals - by 15.6%. Lower prices were reported in the manufacture of tobacco products - by 11.3%, in the manufacture of motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers - by 9.2%, and in the manufacture of leather and related products - by 8.7%.

3. Producer Price Indices on the Non-domestic Market

The Producer Price Index on the Non-domestic Market rose by 1.0% in October 2025 compared to the previous month and by 7.5% in comparison with October 2024.
