On 2 October 2025, the partners of the Artificial Intelligence in Apprenticeship Mentoring project gathered for a full-day meeting at Full Circle Events Space in Brussels, hosted by New Mindset Coaching & Training (NMCT).

The meeting brought together five partner representatives:

  • Martin Stoyanov, BIA (Bulgaria) – project lead
  • Petya Evtimova, MEF
  • Laura Novak, Tribeka Lab (Spain)
  • Siyanna Lilova, Curated AI (Belgium)
  • Svetoslava Stoyanova, NMCT (Belgium)

The agenda was both rich and dynamic, covering key milestones and next steps for the project. After a warm welcome by NMCT and an introduction from BIA, partners reviewed the achievements and deliverables from the first year of implementation.

A highlight of the day was the session on piloting the “AI in Mentoring Training Programme with Work-Based Learning mentors", where partners exchanged experiences from their countries and discussed strategies for effective implementation.

Administrative and project management matters were also addressed during the afternoon sessions, with BIA leading the section on reporting and coordination. The discussions looked ahead to Year Two of the project, focusing on dissemination, communication, and strengthening the project’s impact.

The meeting closed with a Q&A, and evaluation.

The gathering was marked by a productive and cooperative spirit, reinforcing the shared vision of the consortium to explore how AI can support and enhance mentoring in apprenticeship contexts.
