Compared to the same quarter of 2024, the total number of newly registered legal entities increased by 9.2%, and that of bankruptcies decreased by 14.4%.
Compared to the first quarter of 2025, the number of newly registered legal entities increased by 2.2%, and the number of those that declared bankruptcy - by 7.6%.
The distribution by economic sectors shows that the relative share of newly registered legal entities was the largest in sector G ‘Trade; car and motorcycle repair' - 90.0% of all the newly registered units in the second quarter of 2025. Among the companies that declared bankruptcy, the largest number was again in sector G ‘Trade; car and motorcycle repair’ - 87.2% of the total number of bankrupt legal entities for the same period.
