The Chairman of the Bulgarian Association of Industrialists was a guest on the show "Face to Face", hosted by Tsvetanka Rizova.
"Business is fully ready for the introduction of the euro," said Dobri Mitrev, Chairman of the Board of the Bulgarian Industrial Association (BIA), in the bTV program "Face to Face." He specified that membership in the eurozone has been a long-standing priority of the BIA and other employer organizations, as well as the trade unions, "since membership in the eurozone completes Bulgaria's European integration."
"The advantages of entering the eurozone for business, and for every Bulgarian citizen, are many, including financial stability, facilitating trade and encouraging investments. Investments are money that will enter the Bulgarian economy, the Bulgarian budget, from where the government will be able to redistribute this resource to support certain sectors, etc.," said Dobri Mitrev, adding that in the modern world, with all the challenges we have, it is very good to have the second most stable currency in the world. According to the chairman of the Bulgarian Industrial Association, this currency stability will attract people with capital who will invest their funds here, and these investments will lead to new and quality jobs, decent wages and a better life for everyone in the country.
