At today's meeting of the BIA Board of Directors, the Association of Aesthetic Dermatologists in Bulgaria (AEDB) was accepted as a full member of the BIA.
The association was established in 2017 as a non-profit organization uniting doctors specializing in aesthetic dermatology and dermatology. To date, AEDB unites 109 specialists in aesthetic dermatology and dermatology from all over the country. The majority of them are managers and owners of small and medium-sized businesses - individual dermatology practices, aesthetic clinics and medical centers. This gives the association strong representation in the real business sector, especially in the field of health and aesthetic services.
The goal of AEDB is to build a professional community that promotes ethical practice, raises training standards and protects the interests of specialists in the sector. As a professional organization, the Association of Aesthetic Dermatologists works actively to create standards, expert guidelines, conduct trainings, events and advocate before institutions.
