 At its regular reporting election meeting, the General Assembly of the National Organization of Customs Agents (NOMA) elected a new leadership for the term 2025 - 2028.

Chairperson: Ms. Elena Lalova

Ms. Elena Lalova graduated from the National Financial and Economic High School (NFSG), and subsequently obtained a higher economic education at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE). She is currently completing her master's degree in "Foreign Exchange, Customs and Tax Control" at the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics, and is currently preparing her thesis.

Her professional path began in 1998 in the customs department of Mobiltel EAD. Since 2004, she has been developing her own business in the field of customs representation, to which she has dedicated her entire career. Over the years, she has accumulated in-depth knowledge and practical experience, while at the same time developing excellent communication skills, team leadership and effective strategies for solving professional cases. Ms. Lalova maintains correct partnership relations and mutual respect with the governing bodies of the customs administration, contributing to the successful development of the sector.
