The current Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria’s Sales Director Yavor Stefanov has been appointed as the new General Manager of the company. With many years of experience in the sector and proven leadership skills, he heads the Bulgarian team of 1000 professionals responsible for the company’s development and its various lines of business in the country.
Stefanov will succeed Saša Marković who takes over a new role within the Coca-Cola HBC.

Yavor Stefanov started his career path as part of the Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria team in 2005 in the role of Business Developer. Over the years he has progressed through a number of positions of increasing responsibility, gaining valuable experience and establishing his leadership skills in key management projects. In 2022, Stefanov headed the company's sales force in the country, consisting of over 400 professionals, with whom he won the “Customer's Choice” award for 2023 from among all 29 markets in which Coca-Cola HBC operates.
As Sales Director, Yavor Stefanov leads the transformation processes of the company's commercial growth strategies. Under his leadership, the company has implemented ambitious initiatives that have led to significant improvements in commercial performance and an outstanding 92% team engagement score over the last year.
The former General Manager, Saša Marković, successfully led Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria over the past year and a half, achieving outstanding business results. Under his leadership, the company strengthened its leading position in the market in our country and achieved a number of successes, including winning Coca-Cola HBC's largest global award among 29 countries – the “Andrew David” Cup, for overall business performance across all functions last year. In his new role, Marković will serve as the General Manager for Serbia and Montenegro.
