The Human Resources Development Programme 2021-2027 has started accepting project proposals under the procedure BG05SFPR002-1.004 "Adapted working environment". With the planned funds, enterprises can meet the new challenges related to the transition to a climate-neutral economy and changing working patterns. The procedure is implemented with the financial support of the European Social Fund Plus.
Traders within the meaning of the Commercial Law, who have the financial and operational capacity to implement the projects, are eligible. The minimum amount of the grant is BGN 50,000, and the maximum is BGN 391,166. For micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, the financing is 100% free of charge, and for large ones, they will have to provide 20% co-financing.
Applicants must necessarily plan in their projects an activity for the development and implementation of "green" models of labor organization, preparation of "green" maps for the organization of work processes and training of employees in the enterprise. The introduction of "green" models must be related to increasing resource efficiency and/or reducing the impact on the environment, and/or increasing the sustainability of the offered products and services. Personal protective equipment, special work clothing, collective protective equipment can be purchased, modernize, reconstruct or secure existing objects, technological processes, machines and equipment related to improving working conditions.
Eligible activities under the procedure are the provision of social benefits for workers, repair and equipment of places for recreation, rehabilitation, meals, etc., as well as psychological support with the aim of prevention and prevention of workplace stress, professional burnout and the effects of the COVID pandemic on mental health.
The deadline for submitting project proposals is December 31, 2023, 5:00 p.m. The application is made entirely electronically.
