In the period July 3-11, 2023, BIA conducted three trainings for employees of Lufthansa Technik Sofia Ltd. on soft skills: Communication skills, Giving and receiving feedback, Conflict management.
Zlatina Mihailova, a certified trainer and consultant in the field of "soft skills", was able to convey her expertise on the three topics using interactive methods and tools, thus making the trainings interesting and useful.
In front of Teodora Borisova - director at BSK and organizer of the trainings, the participants shared that the trainings were an exciting and enriching experience for them, a combination of new information for them with practical examples.
Soft skills training is becoming more and more relevant and sought after by employers who, through the personal development of their employees and through interpersonal communication and interaction in the team, guarantee the lasting success of their company.
