The Bulgarian Industrial Association (BIA), in cooperation with the company Contipso Learning, has created an electronic training platform in the field of digital skills. The activity was implemented within the framework of the "Ready for Digital Transformation" project, carried out by BIA, in partnership with the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy (MLSP) and the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria (CITUB).
At the beginning of April this year launched the testing of the platform by training 520 employees from 103 enterprises in 16 economic sectors. Free access to the electronic platform will be available from the beginning of July this year at https://bia.contipso.com.
The platform is unique for Bulgaria and provides free access to 36 e-courses related to the acquisition and upgrading of digital knowledge and skills specific to economic sectors in the following areas:
- digital transition and the digital transformation of enterprises;
- business digitalization strategy;
- digital marketing;
- communication technologies and software for managing relationships with customers, suppliers and other counterparties;
- digital technologies and systems for managing business processes and resources in the enterprise;
- corporate cyber security systems;
- working with databases and creating digital content;
- remote resolution of problems.
