8 companies, one branch organization and one foundation were accepted as members of BIA
At the meeting held today, 05.04.2023, of the Managing Board of the Bulgarian Industrial Association (BIA) adopted the Annual Activity Report for 2022 and the Annual Financial Report for 2022 of BIC "Capital Market" EOOD ( the company is 100% owned by BIA).
Board members were informed about the proposals for changes in the tax laws and the Law on the State Budget, as well as the main highlights of the operational activity of BIA in the period between the two meetings of the Board.
The next meeting of the Board of BIA is scheduled for 14 June 2023.
At today's meeting, eight commercial companies, one branch organization and one foundation were accepted as full members of BIA, as follows:
"Starting Point" EOOD, whose business is construction of residential and non-residential buildings. The company was founded in February 2016 with the activities of restaurant and catering management, purchase of goods or other items for resale in original, processed or processed form; sale of goods of own production; consulting, commissions, forwarding, transport, warehouse and intellectual property transactions; foreign trade activity; import and export of goods and services, leasing activity, advertising, management and marketing; tourist, advertising and other services.
"Bianor Services" EOOD, whose business is planning, design, development, testing and implementation of software and communication solutions. The company has been developing specialized software and software products for 25 years; works in creating communication solutions for real-time data transmission and processing and video streaming platforms, and for 10 years the company has been working on NATO and EU defense projects with companies such as Northrop Grumman, Leonardo, Indra and Rheinmetall. Among the video streaming projects are: DirecTV (AT&T) - software for monitoring devices for receiving and processing satellite signals; at the US Library of Congress - an audio visual file processing and sorting system for one of the largest multimedia databases in the world; with NOVA Broadcasting Group, etc.
"GPS Corporation" EOOD, with the object of activity accounting services and tax consulting. The company is a financial and accounting office with more than 10 years of experience in providing comprehensive accounting and TP service. It provides professional care and peace of mind to its clients by monitoring their current financial situation - profit, cash, stocks in warehouses, transparency of the company in front of tax and financial institutions. The company works in partnership with proven notaries and lawyers from various fields. Among the clients of "GPS Corporation" are companies engaged in international trade, construction, catering, tour operator activity, TV advertising and cinema; companies serving subscription-based hospitals and medical facilities, as well as companies that have been on the market for over 25 years.
"Kardzhali Consult" Ltd. was registered in 2012, and its main activity is accounting services and consulting; development of projects and programs for own needs and for third parties; technical, financial-accounting and methodical management of projects and programs, preparation of technical and financial reports. "Kurdzhali Consult" also prepares tender documents and procedures, accounting and bank documents; develops development plans and strategies, marketing research and analysis. Performs activity and management of human resources; management of occupational safety and health systems; introduction, maintenance, management and consultancy of quality management systems, risk analysis systems and control of critical points, occupational safety management systems, social responsibility systems, energy management systems.
"Bulgarian Financial Group" Ltd., with the object of activity consulting services, development and management of projects. The company was established in 2008 in view of the new requirements of business and concentrates its activity in the field of targeted financing from structural funds, legal and financial services for small and medium-sized enterprises, farmers and municipalities. The services of "Bulgarian Financial Group" are aimed at business representatives, the administration - central, regional and municipal, at educational and cultural institutions, organizations in the field of social activities and health care. "Training and qualification center Kompas" Ltd., with the object of activity professional training, selection, re-selection. Center for Training and Qualification "Kompas" Ltd. organizes and conducts vocational training; it opens centers for vocational training, training centers for psychological selection and re-selection of personnel, as well as centers for information and professional guidance. The center offers licensed vocational training in ten professions and fourteen specialties. The vocational training center at the "Compass Training and Qualification Center" OOD offers training in the profession of "Security guard" and specialties: "Bank security and collection activity"; "Personal security"; "Physical security of objects"; and others.
"Sevan AMB" EOOD, whose business is wholesale and retail trade in cosmetics. The company is a manufacturer of cosmetics with Bulgarian rose oil under the Sevan Roses brand. In 2006, the company created the first online store that offers cosmetic products based on rose oil, produced by Bulgarian companies. The company also has an online store Rozata.com, in which it offers a wide range of natural cosmetic products, the ingredients of which include rose oil, yogurt and snail products. The company's commercial catalog also includes nutritional supplements and souvenirs.
Modern Education Foundation, with the subject of activity education; supporting projects and programs in education and the connection between education and business, incl. dual training. The mission of the Foundation for Modern Education is to contribute to the development of modern education through: advocacy and lobbying for key policies in the field of education and youth; projects in the field of modernization of Bulgarian education and the implementation of various educational and youth policies; training and education programs for students, youth, pedagogical specialists and business representatives; research and impact evaluations of various educational and youth models, policies and projects; public-private partnerships and sustainable cooperation between educational institutions and business organizations at the local and national level. The Foundation for Modern Education has recorded in its portfolio 25 international projects, 46 trainings, 12 opinions and several manuals in the field of dual education.
National Association of the Construction Business in Bulgaria, founded in 2020 as a non-profit association. Currently, 20 companies from the construction industry are members of the association.
