On behalf of the Regional Industrial Association - Gabrovo, its chairwoman Pepa Somleva filed a complaint against the Decision of the Municipal Council concerning the amount and plan-account for the "municipal waste" fee in the municipality of Gabrovo in 2022.
The appeal sets out reasons in favor of the fact that the decision in its appealed part is illegal due to significant violations of the rules of administrative procedure, contradiction with the substantive law and inconsistency with the purpose of the law.
In view of the stated considerations, the document pleads the Administrative Court - Gabrovo to issue a decision to annul Decision № 280 of 30.12.2021 of the Municipal Council of Gabrovo, in its appealed part.
In 2017 RIA – Gabrovo won a case against the Municipality of Gabrovo, related to violations in determining the “household waste” fee.
