The BGN 7 million investment creates 50 new jobs, and in a few years - they will exceed 120

Today, the Bulgarian company Cimcoop Holding opens a factory for highly specialized optical equipment in the Trakia Economic Zone.

Cimcoop’s investments in the new factory exceed BGN 7 million, the company announced.

The number of jobs provided for highly qualified specialists is currently 50, and the plans are for them to exceed 120 in the next few years.

Cimcoop has a 30-year long history and has a reputation in the international optical market. It is a leading company in the processing of infrared optics in Bulgaria. Through partnership with foreign experts it develops technologies that are unique for Bulgaria and the region. The company is entirely export-oriented to world markets, the main ones being France, Great Britain, the USA, Israel, Germany and Italy.

A key investor in Cimcoop is Svetozar Georgiev, founder of the most successful Bulgarian IT company - Telerik and Telerik Academy. Georgiev is a second generation successful Bulgarian entrepreneur together with his father and brother - founders and managers of Cimcoop.
