BIC Capital Market Ltd. held an introductory REFA qualification course from June 7 - July 16, 2021, in Pleven, which carried out the training of 10 specialists in the organization and optimization of work systems and processes.
The training took place at "Leoni Bulgaria" Ltd. All participants - employees of the company, successfully passed the qualifying exams of both modules and received their REFA-certificates. The internationally recognized certificate gives the right to perform consulting activities according to the methods and system of REFA.
