On April 25th, 2021, the Bulgarian Industrial Association celebrated 41 years since its founding and Palm Sunday with the official opening and consecration of its new home, located on 76 Chataldja Street in Sofia. For these 4 decades, this is BIA's fifth building, but the first independent one.

Metropolitan Anthoniy of Western and Central Europe Eparchy personally blessed the building and workplaces, and the Deputy Mayor of Sofia Municipality - Gencho Kerezov, the Deputy Mayor of Oborishte District - Nadezhda Bobcheva, the President of BIA - Radosvet Radev, the dоyen of BIA's team - Petar Denev, and the youngest employee of the Association - Teodora Danailova cut the ceremonial ribbon.

BIA's team thanked all people who created this new home, gave it appearance, functionality, and beauty: Trachinvest-Sofia, Stroymontazh, S Consult, Artsynchron, Ligna Group, Foliart, Dorothea Mihova, and Albena Spasova.
