BIA - MEMBER OF THE BULGARIAN NETWORK OF THE UN GLOBAL COMPACT FOR A TENTH CONSEQUENT YEAR

The Bulgarian Network of the UN Global Compact (BMGD / UN) presented BIA with a Certificate of Membership for 2021.

In a letter to the President of BIA Radosvet Radev, the Executive Director of BMGD / UN Darina Georgieva thanked the Bulgarian Industrial Association for its active participation in the organization and recalled that BIA has been a founder and member of the Network since 2010.

The letter also states:

"Your activity is a sign and a guarantee that you not only recognize and operate according to the 10 UN principles but also that you work toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals at the local and national level.

As an active member of the Network, the Bulgarian Industrial Association unites and inspires responsible companies through valuable collective projects for business and society. The contribution of BIA is extremely important for the establishment of the socially responsible business as a model to follow in Bulgaria.

What member companies of the Bulgarian Network of the UN General Assembly share, are common values ​​that unite us as a responsible business, which actions prove that it is a force for good. Our common and difficult task is to strive to inspire others through our example, as leaders in the field of corporate sustainability and to lead business and society in our quest for a better and more sustainable future.
