By order of Prime Minister Boyko Borissov, the Minister of Economy revoked the Instructions issued earlier today, which were about the implementation of Order № RD-01-173 / 18.03.2021 of the Minister of Health. The instructions referred to the reorganization of the activity of the independent sites-shops for non-food goods in the shopping centers, which have direct access (entrance) from a street or parking lot and the shops with net trade area over 300 sq. m., offering non-food goods.
The decision was based on the equality between the different operators, as well as the short term of the inactivity period under the order of the Minister of Health - from 22.03.2021 to 31.03.2021.
