Employers deny that there are cases in which employees are forced to be vaccinated against Covid-19. And that they remind everyone of their right to opt for vaccination or not.
The Bulgarian Industrial Association commented on the allegations and assured that no companies in the legal sectors exercise coercion against their staff.
Jasmina Saraivanova, lawyer of the employers' organization:
"There is no ground in the legislation for the employer to make the vaccination mandatory for the employees ... Life situations vary, so no one can claim to have enough information for every single case. Nevertheless, if there is such a case, everyone is entitled to their right. There are legal procedures to notify the competent authorities."
