The International Economic Center to BIA has conducted a survey for industry representatives on the needs of the labor market in the microelectronics industry. The study is part of a large project, which purpose is to establish a center for improving the skills and competencies of the microelectronics sector (ECoVEM project). The framework of the project, funded by the Erasmus + program of the European Commission, foresees developing pieces of training for those engaged in the industry. The goal - meeting both the industry's and the labor market's requirements. The project team has administered a short survey that examines the needs and demands of the specific market. The collected information will be treated confidentially according to the European Data Protection Regulation. It is crucial to gather information about the specific needs of the labor market in the microelectronics sector so that the courses meet the exact requirements of the industry.
