The Pro-Youth project partners have created a largely interactive and diverse guide for the management of their projects in the field of cultural and historical heritage.
The developed document is part of the European project, under the Erasmus+ Programme: PRO-YOUTH: Strategic cooperation for more efficient workplace learning schemes in the field of cultural and historical tourism
The guide offers an opportunity to upgrade the skills and knowledge of young people in the cultural and tourism market in their region.
The guide includes an introduction to cultural heritage management, guidelines for creating a concept and create a work plan, marketing and communication tips, creative writing, financial management, finding and obtaining funding, compiling documentation, and more.
The second part of the guide includes useful guidelines for career and legal counseling, including active listening, competencies, skills, attitudes, mentoring, useful applications for skills assessment, and others.
