Radosvet Radev on "Studio Banker": Ignorant people compose laws that others are supposed to live by
The current National Assembly has become a device for normative mistakes. What is happening now is shocking with its crashing incompetence and absurdity: illiterate people creating rules that others have to read - the legal framework for our society, respectively - for the economy. There is no weaker National Assembly; this has been historically confirmed. Even though the 7% rating is completely understandable, it is still astonishingly high.
Every law and every legal solution creates so many problems everywhere. Moreover, it is written illiterately. We observed how the changes in the state of emergency re-regulate gambling activities. There is no greater absurdity than this. During the announced state of emergency in 2020, I witnessed how the National Assembly corrected their own mistakes by embracing the Presidential veto, with whom they are otherwise actively at war - this was their most economical rule-making move to correct their own mistakes.
