The Agency for People with Disabilities (APD) has officially opened the candidature portal for funding projects under the National Program for Employment of People with Disabilities. Participants in the competition can be all employers registered under current legislation.
Funds are allocated for 4 components:
- Building access to the workplaces of persons with permanent disabilities of working age - up to BGN 10,000;
- Adaptation of existing jobs for people with permanent disabilities of working age - up to BGN 10,000;
- Equipping new workplaces for people with permanent disabilities of working age - up to BGN 10,000;
- Qualification and re-qualification, respectively - training for professional and professional development, for persons with permanent disabilities of working age - up to BGN 1000 per person with permanent disabilities.
The projects are prepared according to the Methodology, according to art. 44, para. 1 of the Law on People with Disabilities.
