The training was designed for small and medium-sized business owners who aim at quickly and effectively growing new markets in Bulgaria, Europe and the world through e-commerce opportunities.
The program covered the most important steps for e-business success: planning, creating, and marketing a successful e-commerce shop.
Among the highlights of the program were the legal regulations of the online sales, in compliance with the Bulgarian and European legislation, effective growth planning, logistics, strategies for attracting new customers and techniques for successful sales and access to online project financing with the launched voucher system of the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency.
Among the lecturers were one of the best practitioners in the field with many years of experience in e-commerce, who have implemented a number of successful projects.
They highlighted most important steps for the success of an online store and also pointed out what the most common mistakes were.
The organizer of the training is the E-commerce Success Foundation (member of BIA), in partnership with BIA and the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency (BSMEPA).
