Mr. Bojidar Danev, President of BIA met an IMF mission consisting of Mr. Bas Bakker (mission chief), Mr. Tonny Lybek (regional resident representative), Ms. Jianping Zhou, Mr. Peter Breuer and Mr. Jerome Vandenbussche.
During the visit were discussed the impact of recent global financial turmoil on the Bulgarian economy - the fiscal policy, corporate balance sheet vulnerabilities, companies' bankruptcy and corporate debt restructuring and the anticrises measures to get over the situation.
