The European Commission, have initiated a major international study to get a better understanding of the situation of how business in Europe interact with their environment, with focus on universities. Following up on the largest European study into University-Business Cooperation (UBC) completed in 2010-11 (available at www.ub-cooperation.eu), this study seeks to further strengthen the knowledge on the topic and will help to inform policies to improve future partnerships between business and external organisations.

The survey itself will take about 10 minutes to complete and all responses will remain anonymous. We kindly request that you complete the survey before 11/11/2016.

As a measure of thanks, on completion of the survey, you can choose to receive a Cooperation Readiness Assessment for your organisation, which provides insight to assist your future collaborations with universities.

For the purpose of this study, the term 'university' incorporates all European Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and business includes privately and publicly owned organisations, Non-Government Organisations (NGOs) and not for profit organisations.
