BIA created information system for monitoring the regulatory regimes that are being administrated by the municipal authorities. The system is on-line based; it is unified software that allows the administration of different regulatory regimes to be monitored. The main software is developed by David Holding and by now is introduced into 80 municipals. BIA gave to the Ministry of State Administration and Administrative Reform adapted and extended version of the software.
The system was demonstrated by the president of BIA Bojidar Danev during a public presentation of the Program for better regulation 2008-2009, today (17 March) in the Council of Ministers. The forum was organized by the PM Sergey Stanishev and was attended by the chairmen of the parliament commissions of economic policy, budget and finance, also by representatives of the national employers’ organizations and few non-governmental research centers.
