Unless the average level of incomes rises, we can expect no enthusiasm among young people to start work, said Deputy Premier and Minister of Social Policy Ivaylo Kalfin at the forum on youth employment launched by the UNICEF.
According to figures made public today, around 24 percent of young people in Bulgaria aged below 29 and about 22 percent in the 15-24 age group are not engaged in any kind of activities - work or study.
