We learn that today 12.14.2014, the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria in terms of illegality concluded any agreement with the trades unions. According to the reported information, the Government has been abused to abandon it, because that was selected – REFORMS.
We are not aware of what arguments has achieved this capitulation, but doubting what could be more important than the will of the sovereign expressed in the declaration of the selected program with the support of four parliamentary parties!
Perhaps trade unions again brandished the threat of organizing protests involving employees in the long proven its uselessness industries. It is questionable whether the trade union care is aimed at precisely these workers. But it is undeniable that it is without these sectors remains of socialism, Bulgarian trade unions will lose its main support.
Therefore, we, members of the BIA, categorically refuse to recognize the legitimacy of this agreement separatist! We are sure that colleagues and other employers' organizations will support our position. We would like to believe that the information disclosed highly exaggerated facts. Apart from the absence of any legal grounds for the government to enter into such collusion, we can not believe that unions are satisfied with the achieved increase of pensions by 0.03 BGN / day and thus trying to attach this charity, which is offensive to the dignity of every Bulgarian inhabitant.
As to the criminalization of non-payment of contributions, we have had repeated opportunity to express its position. Will announce once again clearly and emphatically. We, the members of the BIA, also suffer from unscrupulous employers who pay and non-payment insurance uninvested in healthy and safe working conditions, receive non-market competitive advantage.
Therefore we are ready to support such a decision, but only on condition that it applies with equal weight to both sides in the labor contract, ie for employers and employees
