Canadian Frazer Institute ranked Bulgaria on 40th position in its Economic Freedom of the World chart. The report was worked out in 2014 but presents the situation in the countries from 2012.
Bulgaria is ranked 40th with 7.39 out of 10 maximum points. In 2011 the country occupied the 41st position with 7.38 points.
Hong Kong tops with chart with 8.98, followed by Singapore with 8.54, and New Zealand with 8.25. Venezuela, on the other hand, is placed in the bottom of the chart with 3.89.
