The government appointed Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Labour and Social Policy Professor. Hristoskov Jordan, President of the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation (NCTC). Government representative in the NCTC will be the Minister of Economy and Energy Vasil Shtonov.
NCTC is the body which carried out the consultations between the government and the representative organizations of workers and employers in the regulation of labor and directly related relations, security relations, and issues of living standards. It consists of two representatives of those entitled to participate in his country.
In another decision, Deputy Minister of Health Lydia Neicheva was designated as representative of the Ministry of Health and Chairman of the transparency. The decision will allow the Commission to continue its normal work. Due to the release of all deputy ministers by Prime Minister Oresharski before the inauguration of the caretaker government, it currently does not have a quorum for decision-making.
A similar change was made and the Supervisory Board of the National Health Insurance Fund - as representatives of the state are exempt former deputy minister Boyko Penkov and Lyudmila Petkova. New members are the Director of the Ministry of Health Assoc. Mariana Vassileva and Deputy Minister of Finance Kiril Ananiev designated and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the NHIF.
