In a letter to the Deputy prime minister Daniela Bobeva on a third package of measures to reduce the administrative burden BIA suggests that employers be able to appoint fifteen year youth, to introduce electronic service record and for the possibility of transfer of workers between firms.
Among the proposals of the Chamber is to remove the additive for each year worked and return to the possibility of termination of employment contracts of workers in retirement.
BIA reiterates the proposals to drop the limited financial liability of workers, and payment by employers on the first three of the leave.
