The event aim is to outline investment opportunities in South-East Europe and promote good environmental practices, the implementation of which will speed up the development of low carbon and sustainable economy in the Region. The South-East European Forum incorporates Conference and Exhibition on Waste Management, Recycling and Environment - 'Save the Planet'Congress and Exhibition on Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy and SEE Solar Exhibition.

The event will be one of the most significant meeting points for key industry players to exchange know-how and do business in this part of Europe. It will be supported by many international and local partners, among them is the Bulgarian Industrial Association.

The Exhibitions

Over 300 leading companies from Austria, Bulgaria, China, Germany, Denmark, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, USA, etc. will present waste treatment equipment, recycling systems, new solutions for energy efficient construction; electric vehicles, solar PV and thermal -, bio-, wind-, hydro energy systems, etc. More than 7000 professional visitors on a global scale are expected to get involved.

The Conference and Congress

High-level speakers from 20 countries will participate in the program of the parallel 3-day Forum. Hot topics like financing of EE & RE projects, energy efficiency, biomass resources, bionergy, waste treatment technologies, recycling, energy and resource recovery will be included in the agenda. The attendees will have an opportunity to meet personally experts from Bulgarian Industrial Association, Euroheat & Power, World Alliance for Decentralized Energy, International Solid Waste Association, European Network of Environmental Professionals, Confederation of EU Waste-to-Energy Plants, Association of Cities and Regions for Recycling and Sustainable Resource Management, etc.
