PARTICIPATION IN THE SOCIAL DIALOGUE

Bulgarian Industrial Association is the representative organization of employers at national level, according to Art. 35 of the Labour Code.

In this capacity, BIA participate in the work of social partnership, as well. in:

• 18 national advisory councils;
• Economic and Social Council of Bulgaria;
• Supervisory and management bodies of the National Insurance Institute, the National Health Insurance Fund, etc .;
• Working groups and committees at ministries and other institutions.
