THE CRISIS IN UKRAINE
Problem description
On February 24, 2022, Russia launched military operations in Ukraine, and the capital Kyiv was subjected to rocket fire.
Russia cites NATO's eastern enlargement as the central reason for its aggressive policy.
On the first day of the Russian invasion, thousands of Ukrainians fled their native lands.
The EU and the US are imposing a series of sanctions on Russia.
The military conflict is causing serious turmoil in the world economy.
