BIA, together with other social partners from Bulgaria and 6 other Member States, is developing the TransFormWork project, which focuses on the implementation of the Framework Agreement of the European Social Partners on Digitalization (June 2020) in 7 EU Member States.

Digital transformation has clear benefits for both employers and workers. It also involves challenges and risks, as some tasks will disappear and many others will change. This requires anticipating change, providing the skills needed by employees in companies to succeed in the digital age.

The European Social Partners' Framework Agreement on Digitalisation is a shared commitment of the European cross-sectoral social partners to optimize the benefits and address the challenges of digitalisation. The social partners at national level have a responsibility to adapt labor market conditions, education and training, as well as social protection systems, to ensure that the transition is mutually beneficial for employers and workers.

In order to analyze the current situation in enterprises, it is important to know the opinion of the heads of human resources departments in enterprises on the organization of labor, so we ask you to fill out the following ONLINE QUESTIONNAIRE, thanking you in advance for your cooperation.

The structure of the study consists of 5 parts, each of which contains up to 5 questions dedicated to the relevant topics covered by the Framework Agreement on Digitalisation.
