BULGARIAN INDUSTRIAL ASSOCIATION - AWARDS

The "IN-5" annual awards were launched in 2005 on the occasion of the 25th Anniversary since the foundation of BIA.

The name of these awards reflects the five basic poles of the economic prosperity - INdustry, INvestments, INnovations, INitiative and INtellect.

The awards are bestowed in three classes and companies, organizations, scientific teams, and the media, while physical persons are awarded for their contribution to the Bulgarian economy's development. 

The Major Award bears the name of 'Ikarus' and presents plastic arts made by the talented Bulgarian sculptor Velisslav Minekov. The Major Award Winners enter the Book of Honor of BIA.

All members of BIA are exempt from a participation fee, while the companies which are not members of BIA should pay BGN 300 without VAT by transferring the amount to DSK EAD SOFIA - BIC CODE-STSABGSF, Lev account IBAN-BG61STSA93000021609234

The official ceremony is held in the first half of December, and the awards are presented in the attendance of high representatives of the legislative and the executive authorities of Bulgaria. 

With every year the "IN-5" awards are becoming ever more a prestigious prize and are winning a growing popularity among the Bulgarian business society.
