Large stores can reopen but under new conditions, Minister of the Economy Lachezar Borisov stated during the regular weekly briefing of the health authorities in the Council of Ministers.
"I have issued an order, according to which independent sites and non-food stores in the shopping centers, which provide direct access - entrance from the street or parking lot, can continue their activities in compliance with the measures. Shops with an area of over 300 square meters offering non-food products, can also work by allocating and limiting their area to 300 sq. m. through partition walls, strips, stands, etc. Outside the commercial sites, in open areas and in compliance with the measures, it will be possible to carry out a commercial activity," he explained.
