Since 2005 BIA is an associate and in 2007 a full member of Europe's largest business confederation - BUSINESSEUROPE.

Through its active participation in the work of BUSINESSEUROPE in forming the positions of the European business community, BIA defend the interests of Bulgarian industrialists and employers at European level.

In order to more effective coordination with the management and experts of BUSINESSEUROPE, BIA has its official representative in Brussels - Jean-Marie StandaertMr. Standaert has a long experience in the Belgian employers' federation, the International Organization of Employers and the International Labour Organisation.

In Bulgaria contacts with BUSINESSEUROPE corresponds Center "International organizations and programs', headed by Branimir Handjiev.

Employer`s Resource Center - ERC

The Employers’ Resource Centre is a one-stop-shop service that has been created to respond the needs and demands of employers’ organisations in the 28 EU Member States and candidate countries.

It is managed by BUSINESSEUROPE on behalf of the three cross-industry employers’ organisations at European level: BUSINESSEUROPE, the European Centre of Employers and Enterprises providing Public services (CEEP) and the European Association of Craft, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (UEAPME).

The ERC provides:
