Open Letter on the export of electricity

Bulgarian industry, which buys electricity on the open market, is very concerned about the non-market approaches to producers and insists:

Tenders for electricity to be canceled because of manipulation and artificially inflated prices by over 10% drop in consumption. Move the regulatory period on 01/08/2014 (only this year) to allow time for all procedures. Solve legally auctions to make at least one month before the regulatory period.

Immediately be suspended exports of cheap electricity with the given price advantage by not paying a price "obligations to society" and price for network access "high voltage". Export only be carried out under equal market conditions for indoor and outdoor use!

Allow users to import electricity under market conditions and without artificial limitation of the capacity of the transmission facilities.
